Withdrawing funds from your digital wallet is easy. First log into your Dashboard, then select "Wallet" on the dropdown menu on the left hand side. You will then be prompted to enter in your Financial password. Type in your Financial password and this is the screen that you will then see. Here you can see how much money is in your Wallet & if you have any pending transactions. You also have the option to View All Transactions, Withdraw Funds, or Refill your Wallet. Now you will be on our Withdraw Funds Page. Here you need to enter in the amount you are looking to withdraw, along with your full name, billing address, Bank ABA number and Bank Account Number. Once all of that information is entered into the required field on this page, simply click on the green "Withdraw" button. That will then take you to a processing page. Once that page refreshes, your account should then show your remaining balance in your Wallet along with the amount of your "Pending Withdraw" Transaction. You will then receive notification from Solomon Mines Bank - Bank of America - within 24 hours that your transaction is in process from BOA. Your funds will then be transferred to your account from BOA in 1-3 business days. Should you need your money sooner, please make a note of that when you are entering in your Banking Information and we will request BOA for a same day transfer.
